Dosa Glory began with a simple idea — bring the soul of South Indian home cooking to a wider table, without diluting the flavours that make it special. What started as a passion for the perfect crispy dosa grew into a full-fledged restaurant celebrating the culinary traditions of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra, Kerala, and beyond.
We chose "Dosa" because it is the heart of South Indian cuisine — humble, versatile, and endlessly creative. We added "Glory" because that is exactly what a perfectly made dosa deserves.
Our motto, Love at First Bite, is the standard we hold ourselves to with every order that leaves our kitchen. Not a slogan — a commitment etched into every ghee-kissed dosa, every slow-simmered curry, and every chaat assembled with care.
