Dosa Glory began with a simple idea: bring the soul of South Indian home cooking to a wider table, without diluting the flavours that make it special. What started as a passion for the perfect crispy dosa grew into a full-fledged restaurant celebrating the diverse culinary traditions of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra, Kerala, and beyond.
Our name says it all. We chose "Dosa" because it is the heart of South Indian cuisine – humble, versatile, and endlessly creative. We added "Glory" because that is exactly what a perfectly made dosa deserves. The motto, Love at First Bite, is the standard we hold ourselves to with every order that leaves our kitchen.
