A Taste of South India, Served with Heart

Dosa Glory began with a simple idea: bring the soul of South Indian home cooking to a wider table, without diluting the flavours that make it special. What started as a passion for the perfect crispy dosa grew into a full-fledged restaurant celebrating the diverse culinary traditions of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra, Kerala, and beyond.

Our name says it all. We chose "Dosa" because it is the heart of South Indian cuisine – humble, versatile, and endlessly creative. We added "Glory" because that is exactly what a perfectly made dosa deserves. The motto, Love at First Bite, is the standard we hold ourselves to with every order that leaves our kitchen.

Our Philosophy

Good food does not need to be complicated. It needs to be honest. We grind our batters fresh, temper our spices in pure ghee and oils, and slow-cook our meats until they fall off the bone. We believe in respecting tradition while staying open to flavours that excite the modern palate – which is why our menu also celebrates Indo-Chinese classics, hearty Mughlai curries, and even fan-favourite chicken wings tossed in global sauces.

Tradition Meets Innovation A Madurai Kari Dosa sits proudly beside a Biscoff Crème Dosa. A bowl of Chennai Chicken Dum Biryani shares the table with Sweet & Sour Pineapple Chicken. We are not afraid to mix the old with the new, as long as both taste extraordinary.
